This quantitative study aims to generate a structural model for EFL learning and use in Morocco, a member of the Expanding Circle of English.The study aims at providing a sociolinguistic profile of users and non-users of English as a foreign language along various socio-demographic variables such as gender, geography, study orientation, etc.
